The residence favours long corridors, sharp joints and surfaces that hold light without glare. Interiors borrow from gallery practice — fewer objects, stronger placement.
Guests arrive through a controlled threshold, rest in rooms with a single dominant artwork, and gather upstairs on the terrace when the city softens.
